We provide specialist knowledge which helps us make appropriate decisions and action for the service users in our care. Our support varies taking service users’ needs into consideration. The main stage of our success is based on collaboration between service users and staff utilising the Outcomes Star to deliver person centred support plans. The outcome of our approach includes but not limited to building self-confidence, career progression, independence and maintaining positive mental health.

Cadona Care offers supported housing designed to meet service user’s needs, goals and encourages independence. Everyone is different, therefore, we fulfil the need to provide person centred support with the objective to achieve every individual`s goal while providing a homely and safe environment for our service users.


We provide care and support in communal settings from shared houses to large purpose-built apartment buildings where people have their own flats with access to communal facilities.

Our properties are located in residential areas, close to local amenities, leisure facilities and employment opportunities. Whatever the set-up, we provide a safe and homely environment, where personalised support is delivered to help individuals live as independently as possible while encouraging them to engage in the community.
